edfn Compliance

An application is considered edfn compliant iff all of the edfn functionality is present and complies to the specification.

If only parts of the edfn specification are implemented, the application is not considered edfn compliant.

If at least the core edfn is implement, the application is considered partially edfn compliant and it must be specified which extensions are evailable.

An application can implement a superset of the edfn specification and is still considered compliant or partially compiant
